"I’ve used Victor Kim for the past 25 yrs+ and I always get 5 star service. Texts/emails/phone calls are all responded to within the hour, and all my questions answered. Often times I’ll ask a question and they call to explain all the details. Wonderful office, respectful representation from everyone in the office. From time to time I send all my insurance needs out for others to provide price proposals and they come close, but never lower than State Farm/Victor Kim’s office."
